Tacos El Bueno is owned by Melissa and Ernesto Jaimes. They have 5 kids of which you will sometimes see out there during business. It's a family event running the taco trailer, making fresh and homemade food that will bring you back to the sounds and smells of Mexico City.

Tacos El Bueno uses fresh ingredients and make their items from scratch. Even menu items like the Al Pastor, uses their own homemade marinade. If you like avocados - the green avocado salsa is a huge hit and if you're a fan of spicy - give the spicy red a try - YUM!

The food trailer currently serves in Marshall, Texas on the corner of E Grand and Davis (700 E Grand Ave) and runs Tuesday through Saturday. Being a mobile food vendor, sometimes their days and hours may change so it's best to follow them on social media to stay up to date with where they are (they post each day they're out).
