Part of the East Texas Food Truck and Mobile Vendor Network

In October 2022, the City Council in Marshall, Texas approved amendments to their downtown Food and Food Establishments ordinance which would allow mobile food vendors to operate in and around downtown Marshall.

Marshall already had many food trucks around the city, so we decided to start Marshall Food Trucks to build a network to connect customers and vendors and to bring more visitors and food trucks to Marshall for events or busy weekends.
